摘要:Integrin is one of the major stress receptors on the articular cartilage surface and is one of the important members of the cell adhesion molecule family. It mediates articular cartilage surface mechanical stimulation signal to intracellular transduction, that is, mechanochemical transduction pathway, through the intracellular adapter protein, cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase, growth factor / cytokine receptor directly or functional combination of cartilage cells inside and outside the complex and dedicate regulation of the environment, promotes the growth and development of chondrocytes, which get involved in articular cartilage repair. Low intensity pulsed ultrasound ( LIPUS ), periodic pressure load, self-gravity load and so on, play roles in promoting chondrocyte repair through different forms of mechanical stimulation in chondrocytes. In recent years, most studies have shown that integrin-mediated mechanochemical transduction pathway inhibits the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinases, promotes extracellular matrix expression, promotes bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into chondrocytes, and inhibits osteoarthritis osteochondral joint structure remodeling and angiogenesis, inhibits inflammation-related factors and other ways to participate in the repair of articular cartilage. This study aims to explain the integrin-mediated articular cartilage repair pathway and the appropriate form of mechanical stimulation, and to provide new ideas for osteoarthritis treatment and cartilage tissue engineering.
